ABOUT MEMBERSHIP
The PTA provides programs on strengthening family-school partnerships, and free resources for members on issues and areas such as STEM and health & safety. Be a part of a powerful association that can advocate on behalf of children and educators at the local, state and national levels.
Memberships are good for one year, August 1 - July 31
When you join the Emerson PTSA, you join a community that encourages student achievement and enriches the learning environment at Emerson High School
Offer practice SAT and ACT tests to prepare our students for the college entrance exams
Coordinate events for each senior class
Provide parent education programs
Support SAGE (Special and Gifted Education) initiatives
Advocate for legislative issues which impact our children
Offer scholarships opportunities to students
Feed our wonderful staff throughout the year and honor them during Teacher Appreciation Week
Be a voice for all parents and students at Emerson
